@srto_of_lenk im sorry for the delayed response, i just saw this comment. if you first import it as glb/gltf the textures will be loaded. then in the same project if you delete the glb file and import the fbx the textures will show up on the fbx file too.
I purchased this model but for some reason it can't find the textures through File → External data → Find missing files. Do you have any idea what could the problem be? Is anyone having the same issue?

Worst project organisation I ever seen.
1. Bad naming. Spaces, underscores, dots, nospace — all vary without any rule. Different endings for filenames (i.e. Basec, BaseCo, BaseColor),
2. All houses joined into 1 object/mesh
3. Broken absolute paths like: //..\..\Documents\Adobe\Adobe Substance 3D Painter\export\Houses\Victorian house project_door frame.001_BaseColor.png
4. Few places with broken normals
5. Different texture density
6. Useless black metallic maps and 260 texture maps before cleanup, a lot of duplicates. (~150 after cleanup)
Shape and general color is okay, but all need huge rework.

Import as Giltf and it will be fine
